Kaye qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and joined Footner & Ewing in 2003.
In her criminal cases Kaye represents clients at both the Police Station, following either their arrest or voluntary attendance, and at Court. In both her criminal and child care work, Kaye regularly undertakes her own advocacy appearing before Magistrates, District, Circuit and High Court Judges, providing clients with consistency throughout their case.
Kaye has worked on the most serious cases such as murder, rape, administering an obnoxious substance to a child and loss of life in the workplace prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive.
Kaye is a Child Panel Member and Joint Head of the Family Department. Kaye has acted for a number of Children’s Guardians, parents and children over the years.
