Our Family Department
We are equipped to deal with all family matters whether for private or legal aid clients. Some of our solicitors are members of The Law Society Children Panel. Our mediation and collaborative law practice is conducted by a Resolution Accredited Specialist who subscribes to the Code of Practice.
Legal Aid (Public Funding)
We have conducted Legal Aid work for many years. Today, only firms which hold Lexcel or the Specialist Quality Mark are allowed to act for Legal Aid clients and we are proud to be one such firm.
