Wendy qualified as a Solicitor in 1986 and has many years experience in general legal practice and was formerly an accredited member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and a former Accredited Specialist of Resolution (her family work decreasing due to the changes in legal aid).
Wendy was a member of the Legal Aid Practitioners Group (LAPG) National Committee and formerly held the LAPG seat at the Law Society Council. She is also a member of the Society of Tax and Estate Practitioners.
Wendy is also an experienced conveyancer dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions and transfers of equity.
As a Trusts and Estates practitioner and member of STEP, having obtained the STEP Diploma in Estates and Trusts, she can also advise on all aspects of Wills and Probate, including writing wills, drafting Powers of Attorney and applying for Probate.
Personal Statement
Her aim is to act for clients in the areas where they need assistance in their personal lives whether in property, probate or family related. She is very proud she has acted for three generations of many families.
Outside Interests
Wendy’s passion is Musical Theatre, both watching and participating as a member of Waterside Musical Society. She also enjoys travelling and visiting cities.
