Right to Buy

If you live in a Local Authority owned property you may be able to qualify to buy this at a discount. You must note that if you sell the property up to five years from the date of purchase all or part of the discount is repayable. You also have to offer back the property for sale to the Local Authority for up to 10 years from the date of the purchase.
