Joanne qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and moved to Hampshire from London in 2010 taking up a position with Footner & Ewing in February 2013.
Being a full member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and a dementia friend, Joanne deals with legal matters mainly affecting the older client such as bereavement, wills and capacity issues which include applications to the Court of Protection and will act as a Court appointed Deputy when required. It is important to interpret the law in a way that is straightforward and helpful for those who find legal matters a minefield.
Joanne is slightly obsessed with dogs and currently has three rescue lurchers and is trying hard not to adopt another!
