Emma is a lawyer (FCILEx) (TEP) having qualified in 2006. She deals with Private Client work, which includes the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate matters and Court of Protection work. It is an area of law she has always worked in as she particularly enjoys helping clients solve problems and finding the best outcomes for them with a caring and compassionate approach.
She joined Footner & Ewing LLP in February 2025.
Emma is:
- A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx);
- A Fully Accredited Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has the TEP designation.
- A Fully Accredited Member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly);
- A Commissioner for Oaths;
- A member of Dementia Friends;
- A member of the Solent CILEx branch.
