I qualified in 2019 and as a Solicitor within Footner & Ewing’s private client team, I specialise in but am not limited to wills, lasting powers of attorney and probate with a particular interest in rural and agricultural business and succession, and contentious probate matters.

I am keen to provide solid support to my clients through what can be extremely difficult and trying times. The situations are quite often alien and processes challenging, so I try to guide my clients in a clear and easy to understand way, which can be different for everyone. Provided it is within my power, I will ensure that each stage of whichever process is dealt with in a timely way.

I endeavour to guide my clients through immediate challenges and prepare them for future challenges, and potentially complex legal processes, with consideration, understanding, patience, and humour.

Should matters become awkward or difficult within a file matter, I will endeavour to assist with the resolution before we reach ‘the point of no return’ and the matter becomes contentious. However, if an amicable resolution cannot be reached, I will take instructions to represent the Claim.

Outside of work, I enjoy trying all forms of exercise, sports and activities. I love horses, riding and anything equestrian related. I am a Horse Welfare volunteer for the British Horse Society. I enjoy a good walk and the nature around me, most especially if a horse or horses are involved, so the New Forest on my doorstep is perfect and very special.

I enjoy meeting new people, be it for business or pleasure, in the UK, or when I travel – with a view to understanding different people, cultures and belief systems.
